This is a Treasured Series annual Christmas ornament for various historical landmarks here in Baker City Oregon. It is still sealed in its packaging. The packaging has some wear from normal handling. See pictures for details. This is the 2008 edition, displaying the Palmer Building, which I am really nor all that familiar with, truth be known.
