This is a single universal towing mirror, no manufacturer or model number identified on it anywhere. It is adjustable, measuring approximately 14 inches long, and looks like it can be used on either the left or right side. As shown, it has normal wear from typical usage, but is still perfectly serviceable. See pictures for details.
