This is Lyra Heartstrings from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. This is the release from the 2013 Favorites Collection. She comes as shown, loose with no accessories, but otherwise in excellent condition with some very light wear from normal handling, with her mane and tail in need of some conditioning and grooming.
